Switch off electrical equipment and allow the surface to cool completely. Spray from approximately 15–20cm away, leave for 3–5 minutes and wipe clean with a damp cloth or sponge. Heavily soiled areas may require gentle brushing with a medium-soft brush. Thoroughly rinse food-contact surfaces before reuse. Warnings Do not apply to hot surfaces. Keep out of reach of children. Store below 50°C, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Test before use and avoid uncoated aluminium or non-stick coatings unless suitability has been confirmed.
